Ashwatha Ramsingh
Ashwatha’s innate curiosity led her to develop a love for food and all things related to pastries. Having grown up in a convent, her exposure to the culinary world didn’t start until she was a young adult, and this new curiosity fueled her to become a home baker. Embracing new opportunities to try new cuisines to the fullest, she pursued several diplomas, including Professional Diploma in Baking & Patisserie at ICCA, and an internship in France. Eager to share her knowledge, she ensures students at ICCA have a strong willpower and sustainable mindset to follow their dreams to become well-rounded individuals.
