Currently a Chef Instructor at ICCA Dubai, she previously held prominent roles, including Chef de Cuisine at Hôtel des Pins in Normandy and Executive Chef at Taj Hotels. Known for her focus, attention to detail, and ability to inspire others, Chef Shefali excels in recipe development and team coaching. Outside the kitchen, she finds joy in painting, blending her creativity with her love for art.
