ICCA Student Chefs @ The Best of Dubai Chefs Unite

Fifteen of Dubai's most talented and reputable chefs came together under one banner The Best of Dubai Chefs Unite – Series 1 to whip up a real culinary treat all in one location, preparing & showcasing their signature dishes supported by ICCA Student Chefs at the Reform Social & Grill on Saturday, 5th of December.

Following the launch of “The Best of Dubai – A Dining Experience”, the highly acclaimed e-cookbook and an ode to Dubai by the award-winning author, Flavel Monteiro, bringing together 34 of the Best of Dubai’s home-grown Chefs in pursuit of putting Dubai as a Culinary Destination of the World and elevating gastronomy to a whole new level.

As part of this initiative,  fifteen of the city’s most talented and reputable chefs came together under the one banner The Best of Dubai Chefs Unite – Series 1  to whip up a real culinary treat all in one location, preparing & showcasing their signature dishes on Saturday, 5th of December.The culinary extravaganza took place on the lawns of the Reform Social & Grill, with each Chef manning their stations, supported by ICCA Student Chefs and offering unlimited street-food-style small bites from stations located within the venue.

The one-of-a-kind family-friendly gastronomic event included a packed schedule of live music and entertainment with a choice of chefs’ signature dishes, mains, and desserts for the avid food enthusiasts to enjoy and explore for a whole Saturday afternoon.  

The chefs who took part in this culinary endeavour are, Reif Othman, Colin Clague, John Buenaventura, Francesco Guarracino, Himanshu Saini, Vinu Raveendran, Luigi Vespero, Urosh Mitrasinovic, Praba Manickam, Musabbeh Al Kaabi, Yugal Kishor, Glenn Noel, Nouel Omamalin, Praveen Kumar and Rene Juefri.
