Method of Preparation:
For the Cake
- First whisk egg and sugar until it become meringue.
- Add flour, baking powder and cornflour slowly by folding with hand.
- Add melted butter, mix properly and bake it for 30 minutes at 160 degrees.
For hazelnut cream
- Mix everything with whipped cream.
For toffee sauce
- First make caramel of sugar then add butter, at last add cream and mix until it get right consistency.
For chocolate garnish
- Melt the chocolate and cream in microwave oven.
