Red & yellow bell pepper

For the Chicken Marinade
Salt
½ tsp
Black pepper
½ tsp
White vinegar
3 tbsp
Soy sauce
3 tbsp
Egg

Cornstarch
As required
For the sauce
White vinegar
5 tbsp
Soy sauce
4 tbsp
Cornstarch
1 tbsp
Tomato paste
1 tbsp
Lemon juice
1 tbsp
Garlic, minced
2 cloves
Sugar (white + brown)
½ cup
Pineapple juice
1/3 cup
Salt
A pinch
Method of Preparation:
Start with the chicken marinade; add soy sauce, white vinegar, salt & pepper to the chicken.
Add egg to the chicken and mix well, then dust each piece with corn starch or flour and set aside.
Prepare the sauce by adding all ingredients together (soy sauce, white vinegar, corn starch, tomato paste (or ketchup), lemon juice, minced garlic, sugar, pineapple juice, and salt), mix well and set aside.
Heat up oil in a pan & start frying the chicken till golden and crispy then set on a paper towel.
In a pan add some oil, add the onions and bell peppers, keep stirring for about 5-7 mins and add the sauce and the fried chicken.
Mix everything together and you are done!
Serve with rice & garnish with white sesame seeds.
